THE TESTIMONIAL LAUNCH EVENT
Tonight was the launch of my testimoninal year. The evening was very enjoyable and I am very excited by what the upcoming year has to hold. Overwhelmed by all the support from not only family and friends but so many local businesses...WOW! A massive thank you for all those who took their time to come along and I'll hopefully see you throughout the year!

NEW ST. DAVID'S FOUNDATION CHARITY SHOP OPENING
Myself, Nicole & Isla (& the in-laws!) were in Trethomas earlier for the opening of the new St. David's Foundation charity shop... I got to cut a bright pink ribbon! A very good turnout from local people - Great to meet those who came! Hopefully, the shop will be a success and help to the amazing fund raising effort! And free Welsh cakes... Obviously, I stopped myself! Must keep in shape for 6 Nations!
Seriously though, if you're having a spring clean, I know Gaynor would be grateful for any donations of clothing, shoes, books, toys and DVD's! A great selection there already, so call in and have a look!

OPENING GALA DINNER AT THE TOWERS, SWANSEA
Well, what an amazing night! A massive thank you to all those who came to support my first testimonial dinner. Compere, Adrian Price, comedian, Colin Price and guest speaker, Clive Rowlands had the whole place laughing from start to finish! I was overwhelmed by the support given by everyone. HSBC dontated a cheque for £500 to St. David's Foundation Hospice Care to help with their fundraising, which is obviously great! I also need to thank the boys, Assy, Ianto & Benny for giving up their time and speaking. I was expecting much more abuse so was pleasantly surprised with their kind words. Great venue, great company, great food - What more could I ask for?!
Time to gear up for the next now... London Welsh RFC here we co
